Mitchie’s inspiration starts with her ‘color wall’ inside her studio. She uses a number of brands to make her cake magic. Some colors/brands are strictly reserved for showpieces and inedible collaboration projects. Mitchie says fondants and food colors are like vehicles; they all perform differently. It’s great to have so many options! You can find the shelves she uses at Amazon here.
