I’m about to go make the store model for my November Turkey Cake Class (all proceeds benefit Capital Confections, I do this strictly as a volunteer).
I’ll post a photo of the sample cake when it’s ready. Older versions with photos here.
This class is perfect for fondant beginners (given that it was one of my first cakes) but also can have a lot more detail added so experienced bakers who need to be able to do something quick with their skills will also get something out of this.
