My home cake club in Austin, the Capital Confectioners’ Club, will be offering a class each month at All In One Bakeshop. Club members are volunteering their time to teach these classes to benefit the club, which hosts the annual That Takes The Cake! Sugar Arts Show and a Day of Sharing each year as well. Money from these classes will help make the show bigger and better every year!
I’ve volunteered to teach classes later in the year, but the first class on April 17 will be taught by my lovely and talented friends Theresa Pipes and Ellen Cromwell.
